one year on: same-same but different

What a year it has been! After tremendous change, we have come out stronger than ever. I could not be prouder of how BYU has evolved. We have always prided ourselves on striving to be the best, achieving the high standards our clients know us for, doing the work we are passionate about, and this year was no different. In the last year, the leaders within the team have really shone. They stepped up and the cream of the crop rose to the surface. I am so fortunate for those who stand by me.

BYU was founded on the cornerstone of collaboration, a team effort. The proverbial we are better and stronger together. It is evident that that still remains. I am so proud of the team, an assembly of young vibrant designers full of talent, taking on the challenges in front of them. They are a source of inspiration through their creativity and dedication to their craft. Our collective values and passion for design shows in the work that we produce.

Along with the changes, this was a year of opportunity. Stepping back and figure out who we are, who we want to be, and why we do what we do. Together we looked at our processes, what was working and what lent itself to change. Our goal was to be even better, and we are. Through it all the team rolled with the change and continually impressed me with their investment in our growth, ownership, and camaraderie. As we explore new approaches, embrace new technologies, all to be more efficient and to remain competitive, ultimately our focus has remained on clients and the projects they entrust us with.

To our Clients, Wow! You are absolutely awesome. I know what it felt like from this side, but you trusted us, embraced the team, and had faith in our abilities to continue to provide exceptional design work. I understand the weight of what was asked. So, thank you.

So, here’s to another year of growth, collaboration, and excellence. I am so excited to see what’s next for Bob.
